Off topic but... I'm going to make my way to torment the fells crew on saturday in basingstoke but I'll be learning archery skills in braintree at 9am on saturday (YAWN!!). That makes me well placed to either say "hi" for a cup of tea and some sarcasm and/or to give you guys a lift should you want one?
We'd love a lift and can bung you some petrol money and provide you with tea, and possibly even biscuits! Sarcasm (with Jamie about) really goes wihtout saying doesn't it?
What time would you be travelling through, arriving in Colchester / getting to Boringstoke?

Well, I've got a lesson from 9-10 in braintree so I could be in colchester not too long after that but I'll have to see how it goes. Actually I'll be in severe need of strong coffee knowing me, it being a bit early in my morning. I then essentially have no plans for the day other than an intention to be at Fells in the evening, I was of a mind to accept Paul's hospitality and crash over but if you are really really nice, say you introduce me to lots of cute young ladies then I might be talked into not drinking and driving back afterwards, but as long as I don't have to work, I'm happy and flexible. I'm sure we can make a plan out of all of this somehow.
We'll be staying over, and actually have open return tickets that we didn't use last time so are sorted for getting back whatever happens. Either way should be fun. Probably best to play it by ear! Will have to see about the cute young ladies!
Mmm, strangely enough that was the first thing I looked at too. And coveted. Although I'm also dribbling over the origami papaer too - metaphorically speaking.
They're a pretty good shop. We found them last year in Chester, a little limited on their stock but they had some great books on swords so i was happy :)
