So this last few days has been a bit hit and miss.

I've finally recovered from the conference at work, which is good, have managed to work at home one day (also good), and have been offered an interview for a job near London Bridge potentially paying half as much again as what I'm already on. Though I would have to take account of increased travel, even at it's lowest pay option it would still increase my income by a reasonable amount, and I have a good chance of pushing it up were I offered it. Also The Last Dance plus 3Quartermoon are now completely set to come over in October (see earlier entry for details - I expect to see you at one of them if you're in Britain!)

On the other hand, I have had a stinking cold this last week and this morning slid on a cat (Kleon) and fell down the stairs. I have a severly bruised elbow (it doesn't want to bend to less than 90 degrees, and that's an improvement on this morning - it's definitely not broken though), a bashed hand, and a 6 inch by four inch graze on my back. *pouts*

To counterbalance this though, I entered a survey whilst on my lunchbreak and got a free bag, pens & collapsing travel cup, recycled and actually quite tasteful (well the bag is and is totally modifiable), and then got a voucher in Boots as I spent over a tenner on my food, replacement plasters and tubigrip, with which I have bought a rather nice dark red nail varnish that I can't wait to try out. It's very femme fatale.

So, ups and downs. I think on the whole I can cope, but I may need to take some more Ibuprofen to do it!

OOooh... all happening, eh?
Best of luck with that interview. Certainly sounds worth pursuing :D
